Linda Faye Simpson Sargent Robinson
Westminster- Linda Faye Simpson Sargent Robinson, 78, wife of the late John Thomas Sargent Sr., passed away April 25th, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Clara Bell Morris Simpson. Linda was a retired certified nursing assistant, who was a caretaker by nature. Linda enjoyed gardening and thrift store shopping and attended New Life Praise and Worship.
Linda is survived by her beloved sons, Robert Edward Sargent and wife Penny and John Thomas Sargent Jr. and wife Pam; brother, Harold Simpson; sister, Louise Whitener; four grandchildren, Jonathan Sargent, Shane Sargent, Charlene Sargent, Alexis “Alex” Sargent; and two great-grandchildren, Kayden Sargent and Hannah Sargent.
In addition to her parents and husband, Linda is preceded in death by brothers, Grady Simpson, Haskell Simpson, George Simpson; and a sister Rebecca Port.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Tuesday, April 27th, 2021 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
