Lillie Juanita Lee Davis Woolbright
Walhalla, SC — Lillie Juanita Lee Davis Woolbright, 91, wife of the late William B. Woolbright, of Walhalla, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Cottingham Hospice House.
A native of Westminster, SC, Mrs. Woolbright was the daughter of the late Newton Walker and Eula Viola Miller Lee. She was a homemaker, a member of the Seniors Club and was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Mrs. Woolbright is survived by her sons: Joseph A. Davis of West Union and Richard L. Davis of Westminster; daughters: Trish Blackwell of Westminster, Katheryn A. Woolbright of Walhalla and Karen A. Mauthe of Toccoa, GA; sisters: Elizabeth Long of Westminster, Maxine Goss of Toccoa, GA and Elaine Winchester of Walhalla; nineteen grandchildren; multiple great-grandchildren; and multiple great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Woolbright was preceded in death by her daughter: Shelby Jean Davis; brothers: Newton W. Lee, Jr., Thomas Lee, Morris Lee and Eugene Lee; sisters: Betty Holbrooks and Patricia Freeman; granddaughter: Tina Rena Davis; grandson: James Allen Davis; great-granddaughter: Priscilla Faith Entrekin and great-grandson: Hoyt Franklin Sheriff.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 23, 2022 at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Friday, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.
