Library closes early Thursday

The Westminster branch of the Oconee Public Library closes one hour early on Thursday to allow the staff to take part in the city Christmas parade.  Normally 6 pm is the closing hour.  But on Thursday the library will close at 5, to allow the staff to line up for the parade.  Public internet computer will be shut down 30 minutes before closing time.  The branch library will resume normal hours on Friday.
