Late night house fire in Seneca

Fire burned a home late last night in Seneca. City fire fighters were sent just before 10 o’clock last night to Chesswood Drive near S. Walnut Street. At the time, the home was unoccupied. Later, however, the American Red Cross made arrangements for the homeowner to spend last night at a hotel. Fire fighters, on the scene for about two hours last night, are reported unsure as to what caused last night’s fire on Chesswood Drive.
