Seneca – Karen Brown Kelley, 59, wife of Joe Edward Kelley, Jr., 3002 Corinth Drive, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Rock Springs United Methodist Church.  The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Sandifer Funeral Home.    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rock Springs Methodist Church, PO Box 1, Richland, SC 29675.
