JoElla White

West Union – JoElla Bolt White, 86, wife of the late Hugh Horace White, passed away Tuesday, January 24^th, 2023 at her residence.

 

Born in Westminster, SC, JoElla was the daughter of the late James Henry Bolt, Sr. and Eva Vinson Bolt.  JoElla was retired from Clemson University where she worked for the Dean of Agriculture. 

 

JoElla is survived by her sons, Donnie Hugh White of Salem, and Horace Eugene White of West Union; grandchildren, James Christopher White (Jessie), Chuck (Jennifer), Alton White, Bridgett Jenkins (Mike), Jessica R. Collins (Ryan), and Clint Austin White; and numerous great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

 

In addition to her husband and parents, JoElla is predeceased by her son, James Austin White; daughter, Mary Jo Crowe; and brothers, Joye Bolt and James Henry Bolt, Jr. 

 

A private graveside service will be held at Oconee Memorial Park.
