JD Hudson
Westminster– Joseph Douglas “JD” Hudson, 24, entered into his eternal resting place on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021, at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital.
JD was born in Oconee County and was the son of Joseph A “Hawk” Hudson and wife Christina of Westminster and Glinda Gail Kelley Goss of Walhalla.
JD is survived by parents, a brother and a sister; fiancé, Billie Jo Marcus; uncle and aunt, Michael and Carol Tucker; cousins, Katheryn “Kitkat” Martin; like a mother, Brittany Rholetter, Stephanie Smith, Kristi Marchbanks; beloved dog, Mousilna Angelica Hudson; grandparents, Colin Kelley, Doug, and Helen Hudson; and a host of friends and family.
JD is preceded in death by his sister, Kerrington Neveah Marie Hudson; grandmothers, Frances Kelley, Linda Jean Marlowe; great grandmother, Lois E. Hudson; grandfather, Arthur R. Hudson; uncle, Robert Scott Williams; aunt, Mary Waldon; and a cousin, Michael James Ditullio.
A memorial service will be held Friday, 4:00 pm, October 8th, 2021 at 133 Lighthouse Road, Walhalla, South Carolina, 29691.
