Jack Egolf

Westminster – John “Jack” George Egolf, 86, husband of Nancy Jean Reed Egolf, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2024 at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home.

 

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, John was the son of the late Robert Egolf, Sr. and Erma Egolf  Parker (late Fred).  John was retired from JP Stevens, a United States Navy Veteran, and a member of Tri-City Baptist Church.  John loved visiting family and traveling.

 

John is survived by his wife; son, Karl David Egolf (Deborah) of Seneca; daughters, Evelyn “Lynne” Harris (Jesse, Jr.) of Williamston, Elizabeth Bonner (Michael) of Levittown, Pennsylvania; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

 

In addition to his parents and step-father, John is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Egolf, Jr.; and his sisters, Erma Klein, Gail Cosgrove, Iva Urbanek and Lois McFadden.

 

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, February 9, 2024 at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors by the Walhalla American Legion.
