“I’ve done the best I could do” – Maddox on retirement

To retirement, the 10th circuit will lose one of its three-resident judges.  Cordell Maddox of Anderson, approaching 23 years on the bench, is timing his retirement for December 31 – although he’ll likely accept occasional assignments as a fill-in judge.  The reasons for stepping down Maddox is explaining in an interview airing on 101.7/WGOG NEWS.
