How big is Oconee’s homelessness situation

How many Oconeeans are homeless?  That is a topic to be addressed when the County Council holds its August meeting at 6 o’clock Tuesday evening in Walhalla.  Near the top of the meeting agenda will be a presentation on the state of homelessness in South Carolina, to be delivered by Lorain Crowl of United Housing Connections.  The organization works to eliminate homelessness and promotes affordable housing.
