High School Football
Some area schools are moving their kick-off times on Friday night to avoid the heat. The South Carolina High School has a rule in place that prevents practice or games if the temperature registers at 92 degrees or above.

The celebration continued Monday at Fountain Inn High School after the Fury picked-up their first win as a varsity program Friday night with a 28-0 shut-out victory at West-Oak. In its inaugural season in 2022, Fountain Inn played with only sophomores and freshman. This season, the three-year-old school still doesn’t have a senior class.
