High Honor Academic Banquet is tonight

If you are a graduating Oconee high school senior–and your GPA is 4.25 or higher–you have a special seat tonight for a dinner at Seneca High School.  Tonight is the annual High Honor Academic Banquet to recognize all seniors who’ve attained the academic distinction.  Tonight, 153 seniors from the county’s three high schools will be recognized.  Often top academic students don’t qualify for high honors without a teacher who was influential in their school careers.  The students select their most influential teacher, and those teachers will also be recognized tonight.
