Herb Cooper

Westminster- Herbert “Herb” Cooper, 74, husband of the late Colleen Ouellette Cooper, passed away April 2^nd, 2024, at Stephens County Hospital.

 

Born in Walhalla, South Carolina, Herb was the son of the late J.P. and Louise Blackwell Cooper. Herb retired from the School District of Oconee County where he worked in maintenance. 

 

Herb is survived by his daughter, Sarah Cooper (Lesley Osborn); brothers, Jimmy Cooper, Joe Cooper; sisters, Shirley Conway, Doris Cooper, Edna Cooper; and grandson, Wyatt Cooper.

 

In addition to his wife and parents, Herb is preceded in death by his son, Hank Cooper.

 

Per Herb’s wishes, no formal services will be held.
