Help possible to satisfy town utility bills

A vote next week by West Union leaders could qualify some of the town’s utility customers for help in meeting their bills.  Mayor Linda Oliver estimates that between 15-20 water and sewer customers have trouble keeping up with their monthly bills, but there could be help for that from an anti-poverty organization.  “SHARE”—Sunbelt Human Advancement Resources—provides services to low-to-moderate income earners.  Oliver says an agreement with “SHARE” is on the agenda for a Monday evening meeting.
