Help offered in downtown Seneca

Best Services of Oconee and Estes Heating and Air are partnering to provide bottled waters and chic fil a sandwiches for workers helping to clean up downtown Seneca. They will be between 4th and 5th st on South Fairplay st. at 12 noon today.
