GREGORY “SCOTT” THRASHER

Seneca – Gregory “Scott” Thrasher, 58, husband of Wanda Lynn Porter Thrasher, passed away Tuesday, September 6^th, 2022 at Prisma Health Cottingham Hospice House surrounded by his loving family.

 

Scott was born in Oconee County, South Carolina and he was the son of the late W.H. “Buster” Thrasher and Nancy Snelgrove Thrasher.  Scott worked at Lift Tek as a buyer and was a “prepping” enthusiast and was of the Baptist faith.

 

In addition to his beloved wife of 35 years, Wanda Lynn Porter Thrasher, Scott is survived by his son, Jeffrey Scott Thrasher, and wife, Kaitlyn; daughter, Miranda Elizabeth Pilgrim and husband Thomas; one grandchild, Emma Grace Pilgrim.

 

In addition to his parents, Scott is preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Dale Jordan.

 

Per Scott’s wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
