Government agencies work fast to deposit stimulus money

The Treasury and the IRS say they have begun direct deposits of the second round of stimulus money, and tomorrow paper checks are set to start going out.  101.7/WGOG NEWS has learned of a few South Carolinians who’ve checked their accounts and found out they were credited during the night with $600 payments.  The fate of the additional relief that President Trump and Democrats demand remains uncertain.  The House has already approved those $2,000 payments, but the Senate vote may end up being tied to other “poison pill” issues that Democrats won’t swallow.
