Governing bodies are in action tonight

Three municipal governing bodies see action tonight for their regular January meetings.  The councils for Seneca, Westminster, and West Union are meeting.  All three meetings take place at 6 o’clock at their town halls.  Westminster will welcome two new members:  Reid Adams and Jimmy Powell.
