George Reed
Westminster – George Earl “Big G” Reed, 60, husband of Terri Safreed Reed, passed away on Friday, February 10th, 2023 at Prisma Health – Oconee Memorial Hospital.
Born in Canton, Ohio, George was the son of Shirley Ann Macksyn Reed and the late Karl Woodrow “Woody” Reed. George was formerly in the construction industry and was of the Baptist faith. George enjoyed spending time with his family, eating good food, and riding his Harley.
In addition to his mother and wife, George is survived by his sons, Kurtis George Reed (Josie), Samuel James Reed (Amber); daughter, Rachel Nicole Reed; step-brother, Mark Reed; sister, Donna Pace; step-sister, Kimberly Sartain; and grandchildren, Andre Michael Allen Edminston, Domynic Alexander Reed, Taylor Regina Harris, Zoli Mei Reed, and 1 on the way.
George is preceded in death by his father; daughter, Charlotte Marie Reed; and his brother Michael Reed.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
