Four Seneca incumbents stake their claim

If someone new wins a Seneca city council seat in 2018, he or she will have to upend an incumbent. Within a four-minute period during the noon hour, four Seneca council members signed their statements of candidacy for the March 13 municipal election. That means that Denise Rozman, Joel Ward, Scott Durham, and Stuart Pohl are all running again. Today was the start of candidate qualifying at the office of Oconee elections in Walhalla. The winners in March get to serve four-year terms.
