For Moulder, statewide conference will be municipal instead of county

Seneca usually is well represented at an annual statewide conference at the beach. This summer’s meeting is set July 19-22 at a Hilton Head Island hotel. Notwithstanding the vacation setting, meetings of the South Carolina Municipal Association are packed with sessions in which municipal leaders from cities of all sizes can learn how to govern better and more effectively. There’ll be at least one new member of Seneca’s delegation to the conference—Scott Moulder, their newly-hired city administrator. Besides Moulder, attending the conference representing Seneca will be council members Dana Moore, W-C Honeycutt, Denise Rozman, and Al Gaines.
