For most part, school bathrooms to open as normal

When the Oconee School District welcomes back students on August 24, those students will find there’ll be no change in the use of school bathrooms—with one exception.  A district spokeswoman says the schools will have plans in place to limit the number of students inside a bathroom at any one time.  Other than that, according to the district’s Jennifer Dodd, the school bathrooms will remain open as normal with enhanced cleaning.  101.7/WGOG NEWS is aware that in at least one nearby school district, bathrooms will be locked and may only be used if a student obtains a key from the teacher.
