For Election Day, Seneca closes its offices

With the exception of essential public safety workers, Seneca has closed city hall and its utilities offices for General Election Day.  For the convenience of utility customers, the light and water night deposit remains open for payments.  If you have a Seneca utility emergency today, the number to call is 864/885-2723.
