Final concrete pour on Clemson’s railroad bridge project

One more concrete is pour is all that’s left on the railroad bridge opposite Clemson’s main intersection–123-133. The tentative date for that concrete pour is Monday, April 15, and significant delays are anticipated while that work is taking place. According to the city of Clemson, this last phase of construction should be completed in the next 21 days. Bridge painting will take place at night. The work schedule is set by Norfolk Southern Railroad to avoid conflicts with train traffic.
