Ferrell Spivey

Mountain Rest– Ferrell Franklin Spivey, 39, passed away on Friday, April 5^th, 2024 at his residence.

 

Ferrell was born in Valdosta, Georgia, and was the son of the Frank Spivey and Sandra Knipp Spivey Black. Ferrell worked in construction and had a great passion for the outdoors, whether it was fishing, camping or hanging out with friends.  

 

Ferrell is survived by his parents; a son, Dakota Spivey of Westminster; daughter, Bailey  Cox of Westminster, Savanah Spivey of Wisconsin; a brother, Corey Spivey of Walhalla; and a sister, Casey Spivey of Westminster; grandmother, Jenny Padgett of Valdosta, Georgia; and a good friend, Chuck Pinion.

 

Ferrell is preceded in death by his sister, Molly Spivey; nephew, Rhyder Ford Peay; a niece, Alenna Rose Spivey; and a grandfather, Paul Knipp.

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 11^th, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 10^th, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
