Explosive-looking device being analyzed

Policeman J-Kennemore is being credited with finding an explosive-looking device in the back passenger seat of a car that was stopped during the night in Westminster. As a result the driver of the car—Walhalla area resident Bowdy Crowe Key—was ticketed with traffic offenses, and Chief Rory Jones says additional charges are possible based on the eventual analysis of the suspect pipe bomb. The traffic stop took place at Doyle and Simpson streets and was initiated, the police say, when Kennemore spotted an expired license tag on the vehicle.
