Essential Seneca services continue

Essential duties provided by the city of Seneca are continuing, but the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way the city is operating. According to announcement by Scott Moulder, city administrator, the following rules are in place through March 31: “Access to all City public buildings will be restricted. Beginning immediately, all City buildings will be closed to walk-in service. Drive-in windows will remain open as normal. All payments will be accepted over the phone, online, and by mail. This includes all utilities….Permits, licensing and other payments will be handled online or by phone….City entertainment events will be cancelled through March 31st. City museums will be closed to the public. City of Seneca Council Work Session on March 31st is cancelled….”
