Ernest Riley to return to politics

A former Seneca councilman plans a return today to city politics.  Ernest Riley tells 101.7/WGOG NEWS he intends to be a first-day qualifier today for the special May election, in which the voters must fill the vacated council term of the late Al Gaines.
