Ensuring that all get an equal chance to vote

A non-partisan voter protection coalition, Election Protection, will man a hotline for any voter who has questions or is experiencing problems at the polls on Saturday in South Carolina.  The organization says volunteers “will be on the ground” across the state to offer help, if needed.  Because not all polling places will be open Saturday, voters should check the hotline (1-866/OUR-VOTE) or go to Find My Polling Place at scvotes.org.  Saturday will be the first statewide use of new voting machines that produce a paper ballot.
