EDNA RUTH MAULDIN

Seneca, SC — Edna Ruth Mauldin, 95, wife of the late Morrison Leon “Corky” Mauldin, of Seneca, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Oconee Memorial Hospital.

 

A native of Oconee County, SC, Mrs. Mauldin was the daughter of the late Joseph Franklin and Ola Mae Morgan Kelly. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and mother-in-law who was a devoted Christian and lifelong member of Parkway Baptist Church. She worked at JP Stevens, Clemson Plant before becoming a full-time wife and grandmother.

 

Mrs. Mauldin is survived by her son: Donald “Duck” Mauldin (Teresa) of Clemson; daughter: Cynthia Farmer (Barry) of Seneca; grandchildren: Matthew Emerson of Seneca and Crystal Dobson (Peter) of Clemson; great-grandchildren: Braydon Dobson and Cheyanne Dobson; and sisters: Fay Gibson of Seneca and Ester Kirby of Columbia.

 

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Mauldin was preceded in death by her grandson: Marc Emerson; brothers: Clyde Kelly, Gene Kelly, Grady Kelly, James Kelly, and Ray Kelly, and sisters: Gladys Kelly, Virginia Kelly, and Elouise Grant.

 

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Oconee Memorial Park.

 

Flowers are accepted.

 

The family is at their respective homes.
