E-library card advantage: no late fines

An e-library card is available for Oconee high age students, 14-17, and requires no parent or guardian signature.  Advantage of the card is that e-books and audio books and other such materials do not run up fines.  A student who obtains such a card has the later option of converting the card to one that offers full privileges.  Just like regular library cards, an online only card is  available to anyone with lives, works, or owns property in the county. Patrons who have a physical card already have access to electronic materials and don’t need to sign for an online-only card.
