Drug bust on Seneca’s Circle Drive

The Seneca police are announcing meth charges against three men. The home of one of those men has been identified by the police as the location where members of narcotics squad have made undercover buys during the last several weeks. That home location is 307 Circle Drive. According to the police, Circle Drive resident Douglas John Olin Edmond, 43 years old, has been charged with distribution of meth and possession with intent to distribute. The two other men, the police say, were inside the home. They have been charged with possession of meth and are identified as Anthony Scott Collins, 53; and David Edward Brock, 49.
