Dorothy Black Honea, 92 years old and longtime resident of the Oakway community near Westminster SC, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 in Clemson, SC. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church with burial and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers and because of her love of education for children, memorials may be made to Bethel Learning Center, 160 Bethel Baptist Church Road, Westminster, SC 29693.
