Discolored Clemson water

Clemson utility customers are experiencing discolored water, but the city says there are no health risks.  The problem is traced by the city’s water supplier to the chemical manganese, but the discolored water is said to be working its way through all of the systems supplied by the Anderson Regional Joint Water System. According to Clemson, the supplier has corrected the problem at the treatment plant, but it will take a few days to work its way out of the system.
