Debate underway on storage facility plan
Should SC 130, the Rochester Highway, qualify as the location for a new storage unit facility in Oconee. The debate is being waged by both sides tonight during an appeals hearing in Walhalla. The appeals board will weigh whether Keowee Climate Controlled Storage is deserving of a special exception to allow the project. And the board is getting an earful from people both in favor and against.
