Cynthia Jean Pedrick

SENECA, S.C. – Cynthia Jean Pedrick, 47, of Seneca, passed away peacefully at home and went to be with the Lord Sunday, Feb. 2.Born in Winter Park, Florida, she was the daughter of Herbert (Rick) and Suzanne (Sue) Pedrick of Seneca. She was a graduate of Wren High School and a 1999 graduate of the College of Charleston. Cindy worked for lawyers in Charleston and Anderson.  She was very active in her church, enjoyed running, outdoor activities, the beach, and especially Charleston.  Cindy had a zest for life and a heart for helping others. One of her most memorable life experiences was doing missionary work with the Kuna Indians on the San Blas Islands off the coast of Panama.  Cindy was a member of Clemson Presbyterian Church. Surviving Cindy is a daughter, Ashton Baxter of Pennsylvania, a brother, Christopher Pedrick of Mauldin, SC (wife Mary), aunt and uncle, Polly and Danny House of Statesboro, GA, niece Addie and nephew Dayton, and twelve cousins.  A service will be held at Keowee Funeral Services (formerly Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home) on Saturday, Feb 8th located at 101 E. North 2nd Street, Seneca, SC. 29678. A viewing will be from 12 pm to 1 pm with the service afterward. A graveside service will follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens located at 4500 South Hwy 11, Westminster, SC. Memorial contributions may be made to Clemson Presbyterian Church: Missions at 346 Old Greenville Hwy., Clemson, SC, 29631.
