Crenshaw ready for term three

Late this morning, a swearing-in for the re-elected Mike Crenshaw of Oconee.  For the county sheriff, it’ll be a third, four-year term.  One of the changes that he can foresee in the immediate future is for a number of retirements by veteran officers, which means that increasingly, the duties are being turned over to a younger generation of officers who can benefit from the skills and wisdom of their older predecessors.
