County park closes temporarily

Oconee’s Chau Ram Park near Westminster remains closed until 3 o’clock this afternoon while workers install a new drainage culvert near the park main gate.  Phil Shirley, director of the PRT, says, “We apologize for the inconvenience and expect to open back up around 3 pm.”
