Contracting a new water line

At the September meeting of Walhalla City Council, Mayor Pro-tem Tjay Bagwell plans to move that HDH Construction of Seneca be awarded a $90.5 thousand dollar contract to build a new 8-inch water line in the vicinity of Scenic Chevrolet.  HDH is owned by Heath Hutchinson.
