Color regulations in downtown Seneca?

The idea of building color rules pertaining to fix-up projects within area that Seneca has designated for city re-investment was discussed this week during a City Hall meeting. The board of architectural review met Monday. “The board heard some preliminary discussion on a color palette for the commercial areas of the downtown,” according to Ed Halbig, planning and community development director. It’s not about specific colors, says Halbig. But if anything is agreed on, it could be a limit on how bright a building may be painted.
