CLYDE MOORE

Mountain Rest – Clyde William Moore, 66, passed away on Tuesday, March, 26^th, 2024, at Prisma Oconee Memorial Hospital.

 

Born December 30^th, 1957, in Mountain Rest, South Carolina, Clyde was the son of the late Virgil and Callie Ann Goss Moore. Clyde was a skilled mechanic and formerly worked in the construction industry. He had a passion for cars, spending time in nature, and collecting rocks, but his greatest passion was spending time with his family and friends.

 

Clyde is survived by his son, Logan Moore; daughter, Josse Towe; siblings, Wayman Wilbanks, Joyce Towe, Gerald Moore, and Vivian Galbreath.

 

In addition to his parents, Clyde is preceded in death by his brothers, Harold Wilbanks, and Doyle Wilbanks; sisters, Mary Ellen Watkins, Carolyn Chappell, Florence Ramey, and Margaret Wilbanks.

 

A Graveside Service will be held at 4:00 pm, Wednesday, March 27^th, 2024 at Long Creek Memorial Gardens.
