Clemson students score well on a democracy challenge

In the last set of national elections — the mid-term elections two years ago — nearly four of ten Clemson students cast ballots.  That voting rate was enough for ALL IN Democracy Challenge to recognize the university with a silver campus designation for nonpartisan democratic engagement.  A study by Tufts University used data from the National Student of Learning, Voting and Engagement to determine colleges and universities recorded the second-highest voter turnout among students for a midterm election (2022) on record.
