Claude Harley Swafford

Seneca- Claude Harley Swafford, 70, husband of the late Doris Hancox Rager, passed away June 21^st, 2020 at Prisma Health Cottingham Hospice House.

 

Born in Salem, SC he was the son of the late Earnest and Idell Wilson Swafford. Claude was formerly employed with Milliken & Company where he worked in the maintenance department for 30 years, and attended Townville Church of God.

 

Claude is survived by brothers; Roy Swafford, Bill Swafford, Richard Swafford and four grandchildren; Dustin Rager, Daniel Rager, Macie Morton, and Logan Rager.

 

 In addition to his wife and parents, Claude is preceded in death by a daughter; Amy Swafford.

 

A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, June 25^th, 2020 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Boones Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of a formal visitation, you may drop by Sandifer Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 24^th, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to pay your respects and sign the register book.
