Westminster – Clarence David Bryant, 81, of 129 Hal Holbrooks Road, Westminster, SC, widower of Ruby Bryant, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Ellenburg Nurisng Center. The family will be at the residence of Jimmy and Shirlene Leopard, 135 Hal Holbrooks Road, Westminster, SC 29693. A memorial service is planned for a later date.
