Charleston brewer invests in Walhalla Main Street

A beer maker from Charleston is among the latest to buy a spot on Walhalla’s Main Street.  Libby Imbody, Walhalla’s Main Street director, in a lengthy report to the city council also announced that an Oktoberfest food truck operator has decided to move into a stick-built building on Main Street.  Main Street comings and goings are a part of the scorebook that Imbody keeps track of.  Her work, along with the help of Main Street program volunteers, was noted by Mayor Edwards and Councilman Pace.  Said Mayor Danny Edwards to Imbody:  “You are putting Walhalla on the map.”  And Councilman Keith Pace followed the mayor, saying, “I’m proud to live in Walhalla.”
