Charles Edward “Pickett” Welborn
Walhalla – Charles Edward “Pickett” Welborn, 67, husband of Kathy Fulbright Welborn, passed away, October 26th, 2020 at his residence.
Born in Anderson, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Walter Welborn and Sally Dickerson Welborn Thomas. Mr. Welborn was employed with Milliken & Company as a Maintenance Technician and he loved Jesus.
In addition to his wife, Kathy Fulbright Welborn; Mr. Welborn is survived by children, Stephanie Jefferson (Stephen) of Westminster Chris Seigle of Seneca, Amanda Watkins (Shaun) of Walhalla; brothers, Harold Welborn, John Welborn; sisters Betty Eades, Brenda Burnside all of Walhalla; six grandchildren, Tyler Whitfield, Aaron, and Cameron Seigle, Jacob, Lilee, and Isaac Watkins and a special great-niece, Mila` Powell.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, October 31st, 2020 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be 6-8 pm, Friday, October 30th, 2020 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
