Oconee sheriff’s officers have placed multiple charges against the two men who led them on a chase along highway 11. Justin Eric Callaham has been charged with grand larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle, and possession of tools capable of being used in a crime. Callaham’s companion, Kenneth Robert Clark Jr., has been charged with grand larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of tools capable of being used in a crime, and failure to stop for a blue light. The highway patrol filed additional charges against Clark, identified as the driver. By late this morning, Clark and Callaham remained in jail. Arrest warrants allege the two were in possession of a double axel heavy equipment trailer reported stolen from Central Contractor Corp. of Seneca. They also allege the two were in possession of a 1997 Dodge 2500 pickup truck reported stolen from the owners, Anchor Baptist Church and Ministries of North Carolina.
