Charges filed after Westminster incident

The police in Westminster say charges have been filed the result of an accident last night when a vehicle left Bermuda Street and hit a house causing injuries.  Chief Jones says Matthew Price, 53-year old Westminster resident, has been charged with hit-and-run and too fast for conditions.
