Oconee County’s unemployment rate for February stood at 9%—eight-tenths of a percentage point below January’s rate. And the workforce was stronger across the state, as well. The body found by a hunter this morning near Seneca has been identified as a 40-year old Friendship community man, last seen Saturday night in the vicinity of a nearby motorcycle accident.
