A western North Carolina man jailed in Oconee County is accused of committing a sexual assaultover the holiday weekend at Fall Creek #2, a Lake Keowee boating landing. An arrest affidavit alleges David Luker, 61-year old resident Tuckassegee, committed criminal sexual conduct first degree Sunday at the Fall Creek Landing.
